Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can red kidney beans
    2/3 tsp. pepper
    1 garlic clove
    1 tsp. salt
    1 or more cans water
    3 Tbsp. oatmeal
    1/3 tsp. red cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Mix chili powder, garlic, pepper and salt.
    Brown with beef. Add beans, water and oatmeal.
    Simmer about 1 hour.
    Mash occasionally with potato masher.
