Salmon And Cucumber - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tin salmon
mayonnaise
1 large English cucumber

Preparation

Remove the skin and bones from the salmon; mix together with mayonnaise to taste.
Slice the cucumber into 3/4-inch slices and with a sharp paring knife make a shallow indentation in each slice.
Top each slice with salmon.
