Baked Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head (medium) cabbage
1 c. grated American cheese
1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
2 c. medium white sauce
1/4 c. corn flake or cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cut the cabbage coarsely.
Cook in a small amount of salted water until tender.
Drain.
Grease a large baking dish. Alternate a layer of cabbage, then a layer of the cheese, and then a layer of the white sauce.
Top all of the casserole with the mixed cheese and the crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until the ingredients are heated through and the cheese is golden brown.
