Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. canned milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    deep dish pie crust, baked
Preparation
    Layer 1/2 spinach, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 onion and repeat.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over spinach.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce to 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes longer.
    Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and nutmeg.
