Hard Cinnamon Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 tsp. cinnamon liquid
    powdered sugar
    3 3/4 c. sugar
    red food coloring
Preparation
    Heat corn syrup, sugar and 1 cup water in saucepan until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Boil until mixture reaches hard crack stage or 310\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
    Do not stir.
    Stir in cinnamon and food coloring.
    Pour into 12 x 24-inch foil lined pan.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Break into pieces when cool.
