Alfredo Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. cream (heavy, half and half or milk)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
dash of grated nutmeg
salt and white pepper
Preparation

Heat butter in saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour to form a roux. Add cream and stir until it begins to thicken. Add cheese and nutmeg and continue to stir until desired consistency is achieved. Salt and pepper to taste.
