Chili Cheese Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
Preparation
    In a large
    mixing
    bowl, beat eggs well.
    Stir in next five ingredients.
    Add
    green
    chilies.\tPour
    into
    a greased 8-inch square baking
    pan.
    Bake
    at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Serve immediately. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
