Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. skim milk
    2 c. evaporated skim milk
    few raisins
    1/2 c. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 tsp. cardamon
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    In pan, mix the cornstarch with milk and stir until smooth. Mix in all the other ingredients, stirring constantly.
    Cook until moderately thickened.
    Remove from heat and cool, covered. Pudding will continue to thicken as it cools.
