Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices white bread, one side buttered
6 large eggs
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
choice of 1 lb. pan sausage, cooked and drained; 2 c. leftover ham, cut in cubes or 1 lb. bacon, cooked and broken into pieces
Preparation

Grease 4-quart baking dish.
Arrange bread, buttered side down in dish.
Beat eggs and other ingredients and pour over bread, along with sausage, ham or bacon.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
(Let casserole get room temperature before putting into oven.)
Serves 8.
