Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 onions, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can tomato paste
    2 to 3 bay leaves
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saut meat, onions, pepper, celery and garlic in oil. Add tomato paste, bay leaves, salt and pepper.
    Cook slowly for about 4 hours.
    Add hot water as needed.
