Baby Zucchini And Portabella Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Portabella mushrooms
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    splash of red wine or brandy
    1 lb. baby zucchini
    4 to 5 fresh basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. chopped jalapeno pepper
    2 chopped Rome tomatoes
Preparation
    Heat oil in a pan until it begins to crackle.
    Add garlic, salt, hot pepper and basil.
    Add zucchini, mushrooms and tomato chopped into 1/4-inch pieces.
    Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Splash with red wine or brandy.
    Serve as an appetizer or main dish over pasta.
