Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn
1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (3 oz.) jar pimentos
1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except margarine and cracker crumbs. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into a 2-quart casserole. Melt margarine and stir in cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
