Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 small onion, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
1 stick margarine, melted
1 box frozen broccoli

Preparation

Mix all together, adding broccoli last.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
