Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1/4 c. oil
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 large onion
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 can Hunt's tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 to 3 c. water
Preparation
    Fry rice in oil and brown.
    Add garlic, onion, bell pepper and tomatoes. Simmer over low heat. Add salt and pepper.
    Add water. Let it boil for about 25 minutes with the lid on over low heat.
