Chocolate Turtles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. vanilla caramels
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. water (divided)
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolates
    3 Tsp. light corn syrup
    confectioners sugar
    pecan halves
Preparation
    Melt caramels, butter, and 1 Tablespoon of water over boiling water. (Keep warm over hot water.)
    Melt chocolate, light corn syrup, and 1 Tablespoon water over hot water (not boiling). Remove from water.
