Saucy Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Soak bread in 1/2 cup water for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add eggs; mix well with ground meat, cheese, parsley, salt, oregano and soaked bread.
    Mix together well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Fry evenly. Simmer meatballs in favorite spaghetti sauce.
