Perfect Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and cold water at high speed one minute (until stiff
    but\tnot dry).
    Add cream of tartar and salt and beat one minute
    at high speed.
    Add sugar gradually and beat one more minute
    at\thigh
    speed.
    Spread
    on pie and bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
