Meat Loaf For The Gang - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. ground beef
    4 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 envelopes onion soup mix
    8 eggs
    1 can V-8 juice (46 oz.)
    2 large onions, finely chopped
    2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. ketchup
    4 celery ribs, finely chopped
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine eggs, V-8 juice, onions, celery, bread crumbs, soup mix and pepper. Crumble beef over mixture, slowly mixing well. Shape into 4 loaves. Put in 4 loaf pans, setting 2 pans each into 13 x 9 baking pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
