Perfect Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pecan halves
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Kahlua or Grand Marnier (optional)
margarine
Preparation

Beat egg white and water until frothy.
Add nuts and toss until coated.
Add all other ingredients and pour into a greased (use margarine) cookie sheet.
Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
Toss every 15 minutes during baking time.
