Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 slice American cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing
    1/4 c. butter
    1 onion
Preparation
    Wash squash; cut off ends.
    Cook in boiling water 5 minutes. Halve lengthwise; remove pulp with spoon.
    Combine bread crumbs and other ingredients with pulp.
    Fill zucchini shells; dot with butter and additional cheese if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
