Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 ??? vegetable oil or shortening
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 cake yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. lukewarm water (I add the sugar here)
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Add oil; mix well.
Add milk and yeast.
Work with hands or large spoon until all flour is mixed well.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use or cook now. This keeps for several weeks.
I just make as I eat.
