Enchilada Sauce(Chili) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. garlic juice
2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. chili powder
pinch of ground oregano
dash of ground cumin
dash of ground red pepper
3 bouillon cubes
2 c. hot water
Preparation

Saute garlic in bacon drippings.
Add flour; cook 1 minute. Add bouillon to water, then add all seasonings and add to sauteed flour and bacon drippings.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
If your enchilada sauce needs thickening, add in small amounts at a time up to 1 tablespoon of corn meal.
Salt to taste.
