Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

4 boneless chicken breasts
4 thin slices fully cooked ham (from deli)
4 thin slices Swiss cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 can chicken-mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz.)
Preparation

Lay chicken flat between 2 sheets of waxed paper.
Using a heavy cleaver or meat mallet, flatten each breast half to about 1/4-inch thickness.
Wrap one slice of ham and one slice of cheese around each breast half and place in baking dish sprayed with Pam. Mix soup and sour cream.
Pour over chicken.
Serve with rice. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
