Pasta With Shrimp And Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned
    salt
    1 c. heavy cream or whipping cream
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1 lb. angel hair pasta
    2 large garlic cloves, minced
    1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Bring large pot of water to boil over high heat.
    Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add garlic and shrimp; sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt and cook, stirring, until shrimp are pink, 2 minutes.
    With slotted spoon, transfer shrimp to small bowl.
    Add clam juice to skillet; bring to boil.
    Boil for 3 minutes.
    Stir in cream, peas, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper; return to boil for 2 minutes.
