Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 chopped onion
    4 beaten eggs
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix (8 1/2 oz.)
    6 oz. (3/4 c.) cottage cheese (can use 1% fat)
    1 stick melted butter or margarine (can be low-fat)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Store leftovers in the refrigerator and reheat to serve.
    Serves approximately 12.
