Corned Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. corned beef brisket
    1 onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can or bottle beer
Preparation
    Rinse spices from vacuum-packed meat.
    Trim excess fat from meat.
    Place in crock-pot (slow cooker).
    Cover with onions and garlic.
    Mix other ingredients together and pour over meat.
    Cook 8 or more hours.
    Goes great with potato pancakes.
