Chicken Stock(Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bones and carcass of cooked chicken
    chicken giblets
    1 carrot, sliced
    2 sticks celery, sliced
    1 medium sized onion, stuck with 3 cloves
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. salt
    6 peppercorns
    6 c. water
Preparation
    Put all the ingredients in a large saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and skim off any scum.
    Cover and simmer over very low heat for 2 hours.
