Pineapple Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo, melted
3 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
Preparation

Beat together yellow cake mix, egg yolks and butter.
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat together egg whites and sugar until stiff.
Spread over cake mixture.
Top with pineapple and coconut. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
