Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 whole potatoes
1/2 stick melted butter
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
2 (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation

Boil the potatoes. Refrigerate overnight or cool completely. Grate with coarse grater. Mix other ingredients with potatoes. Place in buttered casserole dish.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
