Hot Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped, frozen spinach
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    1 large onion, diced
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 Tbsp. thyme
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain.
    Squeeze out liquid while draining. Mix all ingredients.
    Chill 2 hours or more.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Freeze or refrigerate.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes, until golden brown.
    If desired, roll in additional cheese.
