Barbecued Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boneless beef (chuck)
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
    1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
    3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut away fat from meat and put in roaster.
    Mix other ingredients and spoon over beef.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 5 hours or until meat is tender enough to shred.
    Prepare and allow to set overnight.
    Remove fat when ready to reheat and serve.
    Serve on large buns.
