Quick Supper Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika pepper
    1/2 c. diced, cooked ham
    1/2 c. diced lunch meat
    2 c. cooked long-grain rice
    1 c. diced cheese
    1/4 c. chopped chives
Preparation
    Peel and finely chop the onion.
    Heat oil in a frying pan and saute onion for 5 minutes.
    Stir in salt, paprika and pepper, then add the diced ham and lunch meat.
    Fry for 1 minute.
    Add rice and mix thoroughly.
    Continue to cook for 4 to 5 minutes to reheat the rice.
    Add a spoonful of water if the mixture is too dry.
    Stir in cheese and cook another 1 to 2 minutes until cheese begins to melt.
    Sprinkle over the chives and serve hot with green beans. Serves 2.
