Ingredients

3 c. coffee cream
4 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 lb. butter
Preparation

Mix cream and eggs together.
Mix dry ingredients together. Then, combine wets and drys.
Melt butter until hot.
Add while hot.
Will keep in refrigerator for weeks.
Cook on griddle.
