Chicken And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli or fresh broccoli
4 to 6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted butter
cherry wine to taste (optional)

Preparation

Cook and drain broccoli; arrange on tray or in
11 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch pan.
