Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 stalk celery
    2 carrots, peeled and sliced
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 can creamed corn
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes in enough water to cover.
    Microwave celery and carrots until tender. Add to the potatoes. Add white sauce and corn. Simmer.
