Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. very hot tap water
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Whip shortening and hot water until like whipped cream.
    Add salt and vinegar slowly.
    Add flour slowly; the last flour will have to be hand mixed.
    Makes about 4 to 5 double crusts.
    May be refrigerated.
