Microwave Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    6 strips bacon
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Pierce potatoes with fork.
    Microwave on High 10 to 12 minutes.
    Cool slightly, peel potatoes and cut into 1/8-inch slices to make about 4 cups.
    Cut bacon into small pieces, place in 2-quart casserole dish, cover with paper towel.
    Microwave on High 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until crisp.
    Set aside and drain.
    Stir flour, sugar and seasonings into bacon fat until smooth.
    Microwave on High 1 to 2 minutes, until bubbly, stirring after 1 minute.
    Add water and vinegar to flour mixture. Microwave on High 4 minutes, until mixture boils and thickens, stirring after 1 minute.
    Remove from oven and stir smooth.
    Add potatoes and bacon, stir gently.
    Cover and let stand until served.
