Strawberry Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    6 c. torn spinach, watercress and/or greens
    2 c. strawberries, halved
    Warm Citrus Dressing
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts, toasted
Preparation
    Sprinkle the chicken breast halves lightly with salt and pepper.
    Pour chicken broth into a large saucepan or skillet.
    Add chicken to broth.
    Bring broth to boiling; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer chicken for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
    Remove chicken from broth with a slotted spoon and cool slightly.
    Thinly slice chicken breasts.
