Mochi Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken thighs, boned and cut into pieces
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 Tbsp. mochi flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 eggs
    salt to taste
    green onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except chicken. Add chicken to mixture; let stand for 2 hours or refrigerate overnight.
    Fry or grill until done.
