Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 small potatoes, peeled and sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. Velveeta, cut in chunks
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 2 quart casserole.
    Layer with 1/3 of the sliced potatoes; sprinkle with salt and pepper and dot with Velveeta chunks.
    Continue layering 2 more layers.
    Beat the eggs and milk together in a small bowl; pour over the layers. Bake, covered, about 1 hour or until potatoes are cooked and tender.
