Cherry Ice Cream * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 can condensed milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 qt. homogenized milk
    10 oz. maraschino cherries
    cherry juice
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add sugar and beat until creamy.
    Add condensed milk and vanilla; blend well.
    Cut cherries into small pieces.
    Stir in cherries, juice and half of homogenized milk. Pour into freezer container; add remaining milk until almost full. Makes 1 gallon.
