Tuna Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
4 tsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 small apples, cored and chopped
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 oz. canned tuna, flaked
4 c. shredded lettuce
Preparation

In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
Add apples, onion, celery and tuna.
Toss until well mixed.
Chill 4 hours or more before serving.
Serve on bed of lettuce.
Divide evenly. Makes 2 servings.
Each serving provides: 1/2 milk exchange, 1 fat exchange, 1 fruit exchange, 5 vegetable exchanges and 2 protein exchanges.
