Easy Pecan Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. pecans
1 small can evaporated milk
pinch of salt
Preparation

Mix sugar and evaporated milk well and let come to a boil. Add pecans and cook until mixture forms a soft ball when a bit is dropped into cold water.
Add salt.
Remove from heat and beat slightly until mixture begins to hold shape.
Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
