Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. white rice (uncooked)
    1 cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can water
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Add celery, onion and pepper.
    Cook 3 minutes. Add cooked rice and soup.
    Simmer 2 minutes.
    Pour into dish. Top with olives and nuts.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
