Blushing Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) cans whole button mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped chives
    1 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    dash of white pepper
    salt to taste
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Drain mushrooms, melt butter in skillet.
    Add mushrooms, saute until browned, about 5 to 8 minutes.
    Stir in lemon juice. Combine chives, flour, paprika, salt and pepper; sprinkle over mushrooms.
    Mix sour cream until smooth.
    Pour sour cream over mushrooms.
    Serve hot with toothpick.
