Hot Enchilada Squares - cooking recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
4 eggs, beaten
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 can evaporated milk
2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
dash of Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/4 c. diced green chilies
2 c. corn chips or tortilla chips, crumbled
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Crumble ground beef and onion in frying pan; brown and drain. Pour meat mixture in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. In bowl, combine eggs, tomato sauce, milk, chili powder, Tabasco sauce, cumin and oregano. Pour over meat; sprinkle with olives, chilies and chips. Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and cook another 5 minutes.
