Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 egg shell of milk (for each egg)
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oleo
flour
Preparation

Beat eggs, salt, milk, softened oleo and enough flour to make a stiff dough.
Knead dough about 3 minutes on a floured board. Divide in 4 balls of dough.
Roll each ball very thin.
Cut in strips, then with flour in between, stack them.
Cut crosswise. Drop the cut pieces in boiling broth (either chicken or beef).
