Congealed Lime Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lime Jell-O
1 1/2 c. boiling water
12 large marshmallows
2 small cans pineapple juice
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Mix Jell-0 and boiling water; stir well and fold in marshmallows.
Cut into 1/4's.
Mix in 1 small can of pineapple juice.
Set in refrigerator until it starts to thicken.
To the thickened mixture, add the other can of pineapple juice, cream cheese, mayonnaise, pecans and whipping cream.
After all is mixed, pour into a mold or a dish and set in refrigerator until firm.
