Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. oleo
2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 qt. strawberries, drained well
1 c. cream
Preparation

Make crumbs of flour, brown sugar and oleo.
Put 1/2 cup of your crumb mixture
in a flat dish.
Reserve the rest for the topping.
Beat egg
whites,
sugar,
lemon
juice and strawberries together 10 minutes with
mixer.
Whip
cream
and fold into strawberry mixture.
Pour into dish; top with remaining crumbs and freeze.
