Seven Minute Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In top of double boiler beat egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar and water for one minute on high speed.
Place over boiling water (water should not touch bottom of pan).
Beat on high for 7 minutes.
Remove from boiling water.
Add vanilla and beat 2 more minutes.
